REMOTE SUPPORT
To begin instant remote access:
On your computer open the following link to download the installer:
http://connect.teamviewer.com/
A file called TeamViewerQS.dmg will auto download into your download folder. Double click it and when you see this box make sure to select Open With as shown then click OK:
The file will download and the installer window will appear:
Follow the instructions after double clicking the icon

Send me the Teamviewer ID and Password
I will connect to your computer and we will work together to resolve the problems.
